Replace the insoles every 6 months to maintain healthy feet. 3. Store the insoles in a well-ventilated place to keep them dry and fresh. 4. Clean them with a soft brush, and do not machine-wash. 5. If you wear a half-size shoe, we recommend selecting the closest smaller whole size.
